Desert Safari Travel is operated by Ganzay LLC, Office 46, 12th Floor, Twin Tower Deira Creek, Dubai. These terms apply to booking requests submitted through https://desertsafaritravel.com and direct booking communications with our reservations team.
2. Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting the website booking form sends a booking request to our reservations team. A booking is treated as confirmed when our team accepts it and provides confirmation or when the website explicitly confirms the reservation. Please provide accurate contact, guest and pickup information so we can fulfil the service.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and may be displayed per adult, per person, per vehicle or per buggy depending on the package. The booking flow shows the applicable pricing basis before submission. Unless a separate payment facility is expressly offered, the website booking form does not collect online card payment.
Promotional vouchers are subject to their displayed validity, eligibility and single-use conditions. A voucher does not alter any package restriction unless stated expressly.
4. Children and guest requirements
Child pricing applies only where a child price is displayed or confirmed. Certain activities may have age, height, health, safety or participation restrictions. Guests are responsible for providing accurate ages and following driver, guide and activity-operator safety instructions.
5. Pickup and timing
Pickup times are approximate and can vary because of traffic, weather, location, group coordination and desert conditions. Guests should provide an accessible Dubai pickup location and remain reachable on the phone or WhatsApp number supplied with the booking.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows
Where a package or promotion specifically states “free cancellation up to 24 hours,” a cancellation request must reach our reservations team at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Different package-specific conditions may apply where clearly disclosed at booking. Late cancellation, no-show or failure to attend the agreed pickup location may result in loss of any paid amount or promotional entitlement.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
7. Weather, safety and itinerary changes
Desert activities depend on weather, road, operational and safety conditions. We or our operating partners may adjust the sequence, vehicle, camp, pickup time, activity duration or itinerary when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons. If a material service cannot be provided, our team will discuss an appropriate alternative, reschedule or other remedy based on the circumstances.
8. Third-party operators and activities
Some transport, camp, quad-bike, buggy or activity elements may be delivered by licensed or contracted third-party operators. Guests must comply with their safety instructions and participation requirements. References to third-party platforms such as Google, Trustpilot or WhatsApp do not imply that those platforms sponsor or guarantee our services.
9. Guest conduct and responsibility
Guests must behave safely and respectfully and disclose relevant limitations that could affect participation. We may refuse or stop an activity where conduct creates a safety risk, violates law or materially disrupts other guests.
10. Website information
We work to keep package descriptions, prices, inclusions and availability accurate. If a material publishing error is identified, we will explain it and confirm the correct terms before fulfilment. Images may be illustrative of the experience and conditions can vary by date and location.
11. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting booking information, you ask us to use it as necessary to process and service your request.
12. Contact and complaints
